The LQRY air-cooled heat-conducting oil pump adopts a self-heating heat dissipation system, which does not require water to cool the pump body. It has a simplified structure, smaller volume, lower operating cost and reliable performance. Therefore, it is used in various occasions for transporting high-temperature liquids. Since the heat-conducting oil pump is used to transport liquids with high temperatures, very high requirements are placed on the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of the seals and bearings. Both mechanical seals and packing seals have good thermal adaptability, and the mechanical seals are made of cemented carbide materials. The components of the heat-conducting oil pumps produced by our company have undergone high-temperature heat treatment. They can operate stably for a long time under high temperatures without leakage, do not require an additional cooling system, and are reliable to use. The basic structural form of the LQRY air-cooled heat-conducting oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered foot-supported structure. The pump has an axial inlet and a central vertical upward outlet, and is installed on the same base as the motor. The support adopts a double-ended ball bearing support structure, with the front end lubricated by lubricating oil and the rear end lubricated by grease. There is an oil guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat-conducting oil at any time. It adopts a self-heating heat dissipation structure, which changes the traditional water-cooled structure, making the structure simple, small in volume, saving operating costs, with good performance and reliable use. It adopts a combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal uses high-temperature-resistant packing and has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses cemented carbide materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring the sealing performance under high-temperature conditions. It uses the third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTFE) as a lip seal, which improves the sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
